Now see, I love myself some good ol' horror and I'm not as easily spooked as I used to be (which really makes me sad, to be honest). I think, rent-free, I'd go for it. I mean, c'mon, how often does one actually come across residences that are truly, horrifically haunted? They're few and far between and some places that are 'supposedly haunted' don't really even seem to be so.

That being said, I'm REALLY sad there's nothing ~spooky~ about my current place of residence. It's an old house, so I was hoping for something. Even the basement isn't all that spooky, even in the dark. I mean, it IS spooky, but nothing that makes me race up the stairs when I'm coming back up. Plus, I can turn the lights on at the top of the stairs anyhow, so that's kind of moot.

The house I grew up in (where my parents still live) is old, creaky and.. a few people who've stayed over, or stayed long enough into the night have wondered about the spook factor so I'd probably be perfectly fine staying in a rumored haunted place! I'm more nervous of the living. ;p

I've lived in a few places that've made me uncomfortable and almost moved into an old white farmhouse that I was convinced (upon the first visit there) was likely haunted.

However, fear is only a motivator for me, so there's that. X3
