I've always wanted to do a photo-a-day thing. Or one of those 'a day in my life in pictures' things. But I'm always so lazy and sometimes feel like a tard taking photos of myself when I'm not alone in my room. Does that make sense? Here's one of me not moving. My hair's still pretty red, I keep forgetting I dyed it sometimes.

It's been snowing again, not as bad as blizzard, but it's been coming down steady. We didn't go to class today on account of, well, I'm not sure we can get out of the driveway. Or back up the driveway. Plus, the brakes on the car aren't stellar either. So we played it safe and stayed home.

Well, TJ did. I have had the stir-crazies for no reason and felt the need to get OUT. Since TJ ended up needing some craft things, I took the bus up to Hobby Lobby and Target to fetch some stuff. Ended up buying some cheap trinkets, as well. Little jewelry charms for super cheap.

I know I've said it before, and I'm still probably a freak for it, but I love public transit. Maybe it's because I like people-watching. It's especially nice now because there's no fares for students wtih their college IDs. This, I love. It was also nice to take the bus to see where the bus stops are and where is going to be easiest to look for a job at, since the bus will be my main transportaion, more than likely.



This is the view of our back porch as of yesterday. I'm sure it's about the same today still. That's all ice and a GIANT icicle embedded in the snow/ground there. We heard it crack off and fall the other morning and I originally thought it was snow sliding off the roof (since some things were thawing). Apparently, not.

There's also an equally huge icicle hanging in the corner of the house near my room. It's no longer connected to the roof anymore, but it's holding on to a bunch of wires (mostly for cable, I think) in the corner there. I should try to get a photo of it before it cracks off or something.

There's still a lot of stuff at Blair to get. We haven't been able to do so because, well, BLIZZARD. Just, shitty weather all around. It's not too bad, though. We have some stuff on loan from Angie and we have mattresses on the floor, so all is well!



I wish I could say I've been working on something cool art-wise, but I really haven't. On the left are thumbnails for an assignment in my 2D Comp class and the one on the right is something of Ryan I'm inking/coloring for Angie. EXCITING.

Oooh! That is a good idea, the picture a day thing, but I'm way too lazy to follow up on a picture a day. That actually requires about 15 minutes of my time. :( Too bad. Looks fun.
